COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M's Hannah Jechow will represent the National Collegiate Equestrian Association at the 2016 NRHA Collegiate Reining Championships, the NCEA announced Thursday.

The event will take place at 8 a.m. CT at the State Fair Park in Oklahoma City as part of the NRHA Derby on June 30.

Jechow closed out her senior season with a 13-5 record with four MOPs to earn First Team All-America and All-SEC honors.

Representing the NCEA alongside Jechow are Fresno State's Taylor Brown, Oklahoma State's Ebba Lange and TCU's Chantz Stewart.

The 12-person field also includes four collegiate riders selected by the NRHA and the top-four individual reiners from the IHSA National Championship.

The NRHA Derby runs for one week each summer in Oklahoma City and showcases the world's best reining horses in the four to six year age range. Thousands of spectators, exhibitors, and horses attend the event each year. The Derby is one of two major events presented by the NRHA each year in Oklahoma City.
