BRAMPTON, Ontario- Texas A&M junior Maddie Szeryk qualified for the U.S Women's Amateur Championship on Monday, shooting an even-par 71 at the Brampton Golf Club.
Szeryk qualifies for the tournament for the second consecutive year, after reaching the round of 64 but fell to Bronte Law of UCLA 3&2.
This year's tournament is held at Rolling Green Golf Club in Springfield, Pa. from Aug. 1-7. The event features two rounds of stroke play qualifying, followed by six rounds of match play. Each round of match play will be televised by FS1.
