Texas A&M Athletics Adds Grove, Schindler To Facilities Staff

Texas A&M athletics announced the appointments of Stephen Grove and Kaitlyn Schindler to their athletic facilities staff on Thursday.

Texas A&M athletics announced the appointments of Stephen Grove and Kaitlyn Schindler to their athletic facilities staff on Thursday.
 
Stephen Grove '98 returns to athletics as the West Campus Facility Manager, where he manages Blue Bell Park at Olsen Field, the Aggie Softball Complex, the existing outdoor track & field complex, the Cox-McFerrin Center for Aggie Basketball, the West Campus Player Development Center, Ellis Field and the adjoining office complex.
 
Prior to joining the athletic facilities staff, Grove was an Assistant Superintendent at CLM Energy Services and previously worked in the Texas A&M Department of Materials Science & Engineering and Department of Biomedical Engineering.
 
Grove was the Director of Softball Operations for Texas A&M from 2005-2012, where he was responsible for handling the administrative duties and traveling logistics for the program, including during the Aggies' trips to the Women's College World Series in 2007 and 2008. Prior to moving to the Director of Operations role, he was the media relations director for softball from 2003 to 2005, and soccer in 2004.
 
Kaitlyn Schindler '15 returns to Aggieland to work in athletic facilities, where she is to manage the Mitchell Tennis Center, organize Kyle Field tours, and coordinate events in premium spaces.
 
Schindler has been a Graduate Assistant for Facilities at UTSA since January 2015, where she helped maintain and prepare the Roadrunners' facilities for use.
 
While a student at Texas A&M, she served as a student manager for the men's swimming and diving team, as an intern for the women's soccer team, facilities department, and for the Sport Department of the Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau.
