Kennedy to Join Coaches vs. Cancer Texas Tipoff September 29 in Dallas

ESPN college basketball analyst Fran Fraschilla will help welcome Texas Division I college basketball coaches and fellow ESPN reporter and cancer survivor, Holly Rowe, for the inaugural Coaches vs. Cancer Texas Tipoff. The event is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, Sept. 29 at The House of Blues, 2200 N. Lamar Street in Dallas.

DALLAS – ESPN college basketball analyst Fran Fraschilla will help welcome Texas Division I college basketball coaches and fellow ESPN reporter and cancer survivor, Holly Rowe, for the inaugural Coaches vs. Cancer Texas Tipoff. Fraschilla and Rowe will be joined by six Texas head coaches:

• Tim Jankovich, SMU
• Tony Benford, North Texas
• Shaka Smart, Texas
• Billy Kennedy, Texas A&M
• Jamie Dixon, TCU
 
Fans of college basketball can show their school spirit and enjoy an evening of basketball banter in a cocktail party-meets-pep rally setting. Guests will have opportunities to meet coaches from major Texas universities and hear them discuss the 2016-17 season, all while helping to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
