NASHVILLE – The Texas A&M men's basketball team announced Thursday that sophomore forward DJ Hogg will miss the remainder of the season as he recovers from a foot injury.

"DJ has tried to play through the pain during the last four games, but after consulting with the A&M medical staff, DJ and his family decided to focus on his rehab and recovery for next season," Texas A&M head coach Billy Kennedy said.

Hogg initially suffered the foot injury during a win over Georgia on Jan. 21. The Plano, Texas, native missed the Aggies' next two contests following the Georgia game before returning to play in A&M's most recent four games.
