COLLEGE STATION, Texas – For the final time this season, the Texas A&M men's basketball team will take the court inside Reed Arena as the Aggies host No. 9 Kentucky at 11 a.m. Saturday for Senior Day in Aggieland. Opportune has partnered with Texas A&M Athletics to present the SEC clash vs. the Wildcats.
A limited number of tickets remain on sale for the contest through the 12th Man Foundation. Fans can purchase tickets by calling 888-992-4443 or logging onto www.12thMan.com/Tickets.
Fans are encouraged to Rock Reed by wearing white with a free t-shirt being given away to those in attendance, courtesy of Opportune. The match-up will be broadcast to a national television audience by CBS with Verne Lundquist and Jim Spanarkel calling all the action. Prior to tipoff, Texas A&M men's basketball will honor its two senior student-athletes, JC Hampton and Tavario Miller.
A number of other game-day promotions are planned, including Kid's Court, which features inflatables, coloring, arts + crafts and more. Kid's Court will take place in the men's practice gym prior to tipoff. Additionally, during the game one lucky fan will be chosen to take the $5,000 half court challenge.
