Aggie Men’s Tennis Earns Season-High No. 11 Ranking

TEMPE, Arizona – The Texas A&M men's tennis team earned a season-high No. 11 ranking in Tuesday's edition of the Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Division I National Team Rankings on the back of a SEC-best nine-match win streak. The Maroon & White improved to 10-3 this season with a 4-0 SEC record after tallying wins over No. 17 Kentucky and on the road at No. 16 Florida and South Carolina.

Texas A&M has been ranked in Top-25 during seven of the nine rankings published this spring and 70 of the last 72 polls, dating back to Jan. 22, 2013. Joining the Aggies in the latest ITA poll from the SEC are No. 12 Georgia, Florida, Kentucky and No. 21 Mississippi State. The SEC is tied with the Big 12 and Pac-12 for the most teams among the Top-25.
 
The Aggies hit the road Friday, taking on Alabama at 5 p.m. in Tuscaloosa before hosting No. 2 Ohio State Sunday at 12 p.m. at the Mitchell Tennis Center. All Texas A&M students are granted free admission to home matches by presenting a valid student ID.
