TEMPE, Arizona – The Texas A&M men's tennis team earned a season-high No. 8 ranking in Tuesday's edition of the Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Division I National Team Rankings. Riding an SEC-best 11-match winning streak, the Maroon & White improved to 12-3 this season with a 5-0 SEC record after tallying wins over then-No. 2 Ohio State and on the road at Alabama.

Texas A&M has been ranked in Top-25 during seven of the nine rankings published this spring and 71 of the last 73 polls, dating back to Jan. 22, 2013. Joining the Aggies in the Top-25 from the SEC are No. 12 Florida, No. 14 Georgia, No. 15 Mississippi State and No. 23 Kentucky. The SEC is tied with the Big 12 and Pac-12 for the most teams among the Top-25.

For the first time this season the Maroon & White have a trio of ranked singles players, headlined by No. 12 Arthur Rinderknech. The Frenchman owns an 18-6 record this year including a 9-3 dual tally and 10 victories over ranked opponents. Joining Rinderknech are No. 116 AJ Catanzariti and No. 119 Jordi Arconada. Catanzariti earned SEC Player of the Week honors a week ago after topping No. 24 Ryotaro Matsumura in Texas A&M's 4-3 win against Kentucky. Arconada is riding a 10-match win streak including four clinching victories in the Aggies' last eight matches.

The Aggies will host Tennessee Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Mitchell Tennis Center followed by a road swing at LSU and No. 19 TCU on Saturday and Monday, respectively.
