Aggie volleyball offers affordable family entertainment, with season tickets starting as low as $50 for the 15 action-packed home matches, including contests against defending national champion Stanford, NCAA runner-up and archrival Texas and perennial power and seven-time NCAA champion Penn State. The home slate also consists of nine Southeastern Conference matches, including visits by defending co-SEC champions Florida and Missouri, as well as Kentucky, which tied the Aggies for third place in 2016 with a 15-3 record.

There are three easy and convenient ways to purchase volleyball season tickets: 1) online, 24 hours a day at tickets at http://www.12thmanfoundation.com/ticket-center.aspx; 2) by phone by calling 979-845-2311 or toll free at 1-888-99-AGGIE; or 3) in person at the Kyle Field North Ticket Box Office. Ticket box office hours of operation are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on business days.

Junior Aggie Club (JAC) members are admitted free of charge to all Aggie soccer and volleyball home events. JAC memberships will be available for purchase in early August at junioraggieclub.com.

Individual match tickets will go on sale at a later date.

Six of the Aggies' eight preconference matches will be played in the friendly confines of Reed Arena beginning with a season-opening two-day tournament against Sam Houston State, Texas State and Virginia Commonwealth on August 25-26.

Stanford and Penn State, the only two programs that have competed in every NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball Championship since the tournament's inception in 1981, come to College Station the following weekend and go head-to-head at Reed on Friday, Sept. 1 at 6:30 p.m. Texas A&M will face Penn State on Saturday, Sept. 2 at 4:30 p.m. and then take on the Cardinal, coming off its seventh NCAA championship, on Sunday, Sept. 3 at 11 a.m.

Texas A&M completes the preconference schedule against the Longhorns on Wednesday, Sept. 13. It will be the first time the two teams have met in College Station since 2011, the Aggies' final season as a member of the Big 12 Conference.

Texas A&M kicks off its sixth SEC home season on Sunday, Sept. 24 as the Aggies take on Missouri, which advanced to the NCAA regional semifinals last year. In October, the Aggies will be home for six of eight SEC matches, including a rare five-match conference homestand that concludes with a matchup against Kentucky on Sunday, Oct. 29.

The Aggies return to Reed Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 15 to take on Florida, which has won or tied for the SEC title three of the last five years. The Aggies then close out their regular-season home slate on Sunday, Nov. 19 against South Carolina. It will be Senior Day, and seniors Gabby Litwin, Kiara McGee, Amy Nettles and Ashlie Reasor will be honored following the match.

Texas A&M head coach Laurie Corbelli, celebrating her 25th season at the helm of the Aggies, returns 12 letterwinners—including four starters plus the libero—from last year's team that went 21-9 and reached the NCAA Championship tournament for a sixth consecutive year. McGee, an outside hitter, and junior middle blocker Kaitlyn Blake, both All-American honorable mention selections last year, highlight the list of returners along with sophomore outside hitter Hollann Hans, the 2016 AVCA South Region Freshman of the Year and an AVCA All-South Region Honorable Mention.

Corbelli also welcomes a stellar freshman class that was ranked the 18th best recruiting class in the nation by PrepVolleyball.com. The four newcomers are 6-4 middle blockers Morgan Davis (Orlando, Fla.) and Makena Patterson (Phoenix, Ariz.), 6-2 outside hitter Samantha Sanders (Waco, Texas) and 6-1 lefty Camille Conner (Katy, Texas), the likely candidate to take over the Aggies' starting setter void following the January retirement of three-time AVCA All-American honorable mention and senior-to-be Stephanie Aiple.

The Aggies report to campus August 7 and begin official preseason training on August 8.
