"The Pulse" Returns Wednesday

COLLEGE STATION - The award-winning "The Pulse: Texas A&M Football" produced by 12th Man Productions with the 2017 premiere episode set for Wednesday, Aug. 30.

"The Pulse" takes fans behind the scenes of Aggie football featuring the coaching staff, players and head coach Kevin Sumlin. This documentary-style production has full access to the Aggie football program and will air throughout the 2017 season.

The 2016 edition of "The Pulse" won an Emmy Lone Star chapter for Sports Program Series and the 2015 edition of "The Pulse" was a finalist for the national SVG/NACDA College Sports Media Awards in the category Outstanding Program Series and a Lone Star chapter finalist for an EMMY in the sports category for Program Series.

"The Pulse" airs every Wednesday beginning on Aug. 30. Episode one will begin at 5 p.m. central before moving to the 5:30 p.m. central time slot on Fox Sports Southwest for the remainder of the season. KBTX-CBS in Bryan-College Station as well as CW8, also in Bryan-College Station, will carry the broadcast on Thursdays beginning at 6:30 p.m. central. Additionally, the show will be available digitally on 12thMan.com following the initial airings.

Texas A&M opens the 2017 football season at the Rose Bowl against the UCLA Bruins in a game which will kick off at 6:30 p.m. central and be televised nationally by FOX.
