COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Numerous promotions are slated in conjunction with the highly anticipated weekend of high-level volleyball action taking place at Reed Arena as Texas A&M plays host to defending national champion and No. 1-ranked Stanford and No. 5 Penn State in the Aggie Classic.

Aggie Classic Schedule:
Fri., Sept. 1: No. 1 Stanford vs. No. 5 Penn State, 6:30 p.m. (FREE admission)
Sat., Sept. 2: Texas A&M vs. No. 5 Penn State, 4:30 p.m.
Sun., Sept. 3: Texas A&M vs. No. 1 Stanford, 11 a.m.

Free admission is being offered for the top-five matchup between the Cardinal and Nittany Lions on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Stanford and Penn State are the only two programs in the nation that have appeared in every NCAA Division I Volleyball Championship tournament since its inception in 1981, and the two schools combine for 14 national volleyball titles.

Fans can receive free admission to A&M's match against Penn State on Saturday by presenting a ticket from the Aggie soccer team's Friday night contest against Oklahoma State. A special $3 admission is being offered to all Texas A&M International Students, who also will have a chance to win A&M gear when they visit the market kiosk on concourse level. In addition, all fans will have chances to win Whataburger, Rudy's, T-shirts and more.

Sunday is "Jammies & Volleyball" at Reed as the Aggies take on No. 1 Stanford at 11 a.m. Wear your jammies to the match and visit the pre-match Kids Court to enjoy a jammin' jammies party with interactive fun, prizes and the chance to be part of the Dairy Queen Anthem Buddies.

Sunday also is Bring a Kid to the Match Day. Up to four children receive free admission with the purchase of one full price adult ticket. All fans will have chances to win Whataburger, Rudy's, T-shirts and more. In addition, a ticket purchased for Sunday's volleyball match can be presented for free admission at the Aggie soccer game against DePaul that evening.
