COLLEGE STATION – The No. 2 Texas A&M equestrian team returns to the Hildebrand Equine Complex for a 12 p.m. meet Thursday against No. 7 TCU. Admission to the meet is free.

In conjunction with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Aggies and horses will don pink accessories and the student-athletes will ride for survivors.

"We are very excited to be back home for another meet," head coach Tana McKay said. "It is always fun playing an in-state rival, and we know it'll be a tough test for us. I am very pleased with how we have practiced the last two weeks, so I am excited to go out and compete."

Texas A&M (4-1, 1-1 SEC) is coming off a 1-1 weekend with a loss at No. 2 Georgia on Oct. 13 and an 18-6 win over Delaware State in Denton, Del., on Oct. 14.

Senior Madison Bohman and sophomore Brianna Peddicord led the way for the Maroon & White, earning MOPs in both meets in Reining and Equitation on the Flat, respectively. Against the Hornets, junior Rebekah Chenelle was named MOP in Equitation over Fences.

TCU is currently 2-2 on the season with wins over Delaware State and Tennessee-Martin.

The two teams met twice last year with the Aggies winning 12-7 in the regular season finale in College Station and 16-0 in the semifinals of the NCEA Championship, the first ever shutout at the championship.
