SETTING THE SCENE

Texas A&M (7-4, 4-3) closes out the regular season on Saturday night at 6:30 when they face No. 19 LSU (8-3, 5-2) inside Tiger Stadium.

The Aggies will be seeking their fourth straight win away from Kyle Field since falling to UCLA in the season-opener. A win over LSU would be the Aggies' 25th win away from Kyle Field during the Sumlin era. Since 2012, only Alabama (35), Georgia (25) and Texas A&M (24) have more than 20 wins away from their home field.

SERIES

Texas A&M will be seeking its first win over LSU since joining the SEC in 2012. The Tigers are the lone SEC West team not beaten by the Aggies in that span. The Aggies will be trying to win in Baton Rouge, La., for the first time since 1994 when RB Leeland McElroy's 59-yard TD run lifted No. 15 Texas A&M to a 18-13 victory. Texas A&M's most recent win in the 55- game series between the two schools was a 33-17 win at Kyle Field in 1995.
