COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M sophomores Cienna Arrieta and Ally Watt headed to Orlando, Fla., Monday to participate in the United States Soccer Under-23 Women's National Team training camp from Nov. 28-Dec. 4.

Arrieta and Watt were among 26 players, including 22 college players, to be summoned into camp by head coach B.J. Snow for the fifth domestic event of the year for the U-23 squad.

Arrieta played in 22 games as a sophomore, including 15 starts. She tallied 10 points on three goals and four assists. The El Paso, Texas, native was named SEC Offensive Player of the Week on Sep. 25 after coming off the bench to score goals in both the Aggies' wins during the week.

Watt finished the 2017 season as the Aggies' leading scorer with 24 points on a team-high 11 goals and two assists. She earned All-SEC First Team, United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region First Team and SEC Tournament All-Tournament team recognition. Watt was named the SEC Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 2 after scoring both goals in Texas A&M's 2-1 win over Arkansas.

Previously active with the U.S. Soccer, Watt redshirted in 2016 to participate in the FIFA U20 World Cup. She played in 14 matches for the United States U-20 squad in 2016, including five matches at the World Cup in Papua New Guinea, logging seven career goals.

The Aggies finished the 2017 campaign with an 18-2-2 mark. The .864 winnings percentage was the best in the 25-year history of the program. The Aggies took home their third SEC Tournament title, earning their 23rd consecutive bid to the NCAA Championship to become one of five teams to make it to every NCAA tournament since 1995. With a first round win over Lamar, the Maroon and White advanced to the second round for the 20th straight season.Â
