COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Taking aim at a fourth consecutive victory, the Texas A&M men's basketball team will host No. 24 Kentucky on Saturday inside Reed Arena. Opportune has partnered with Texas A&M Athletics to present the pivotal SEC clash vs. the Wildcats which is slated for a 7:15 p.m. tipoff.
Fans are encouraged to Rock Reed by wearing white with a free t-shirt being given away to those in attendance, courtesy of Opportune. The match-up will be broadcast to a national television audience by ESPN with Dave Flemming, Dan Dakich and Kris Budden calling all the action.
Prior to the game the Reed Rowdies will host a tailgate, which features free food and drinks for all A&M students, outside the north entrance of Reed Arena beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Inside the arena, families can take advantage of Kid's Court, which offers free youth entertainment including inflatables, face painting, balloon animals and hoops fun. Kid's Court will take place in the men's practice gym from 6 p.m. to tipoff.
