COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Texas A&M Aggies had four players named to the All-Tournament team at the Outrigger Soccer Kickoff, highlighted by Ally Watt who was named Most Valuable Player.

Watt was joined on the 10-player all-tournament team by freshman Kendall Bates and seniors Brittany Crabtree and Cosette Morché.

The Aggies earned the tournament title going 2-0 by a combined tally of 7-0. The Maroon & White opened play with a 4-0 triumph over host Hawai'i and finished up with a 3-0 victory against Loyola Marymount.

Watt logged two goals in the win versus Loyola Marymount. Her high pressure led to several other goals, including the lid lifter against Hawai'i when her aggressive play led to the keeper making a miscue, leading to a goal by Crabtree.

Bates, one of five Aggie freshmen to see action in both games over the weekend, logged 150 minutes in the midfield and notched her first career assist against the Rainbow Wahine.

Crabtree scored the Aggies' first two goals of 2018, giving A&M a 2-0 advantage over Hawai'i 24 minutes into the game.

Morché registered two shutouts on the weekend. She skippered a backline that allowed just five shots in the two games, including just two shots-on-goal.

The Aggies open the home slate Friday when they host the BYU Cougars in a 7:30 p.m. contest at Ellis Field. It is the Fish Camp Game, annually one of the most attended collegiate soccer matches in the country. The game will be streamed worldwide on SEC Network+.
