Aggie Men’s Tennis collects six wins in Midland

MIDLAND, Texas – Austin Abbrat, Jack Pulliam and Kevin Lam of the Texas A&M Men's Tennis team each claimed a pair of wins in Midland, Texas at The Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational last weekend.
 
Lam, a senior from Irvine, Calif., picked up straight set wins over Max Kurzban of TCU and Niko Moceanu of Abilene Christian while suffering setbacks against Ricky Tong of New Mexico and Jonathan Sheehy of ACU.
 
Abbrat, a freshman from Spring, Texas, split four matches in west Texas after topping Javier Gonzalez of UTSA and Karlo Divkovic of UNM and falling to Jose Caravajal of Utah State and Stephan Holis of UNM.
 
Pulliam, a freshman from Manhattan Beach, Calif., bested Kurzban and Gonzalez, but dropped decisions against Mauriro del Rio of Texas-Arlington, Luke Simkiss of Tyler Junior College and Tong.
