Infinite Tucker earns SEC Runner of the Week honor

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – Texas A&M's Infinite Tucker earned a share of the SEC Runner of the Week honor with LSU's Jaron Flournoy as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.
 
Tucker produced a SEC leading time of 49.78 seconds as runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the Michael Johnson Invitational hosted by Baylor this past weekend. Tucker finished behind Texas Tech's Norman Grimes, who posted a collegiate-leading time of 49.75 for the victory.
 
For the 2019 season, Tucker leads the SEC, is second among collegians, third on the U.S. list and 14^th on the world list. The leading American time of 49.73 was set this past weekend by LSU alum Quincy Downing.
 
This Saturday, April 27, the Aggies host their third meet of the outdoor season at E.B. Cushing Stadium with the Texas A&M Alumni Muster. Visiting teams include Houston, North Texas, Stephen F. Austin, UT Arlington and UTSA.
