Season Ticket Renewals for Baseball, Softball, Tennis and Track Begins Oct. 15

Spring 2020 is shaping up to be a season of winning on the west side of Texas A&M's campus and fans who want to secure seats for the excitement of Aggie baseball, softball, tennis and track & field should mark their calendars for the season ticket renewal period which takes place Oct. 15-Nov. 5 through the 12th Man Foundation.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Spring 2020 is shaping up to be a season of winning on the west side of Texas A&M's campus and fans who want to secure seats for the excitement of Aggie baseball, softball, tennis and track & field should mark their calendars for the season ticket renewal period which takes place Oct. 15-Nov. 5 through the 12th Man Foundation, the official ticket provider of Texas A&M Athletics.

The Texas A&M Athletics Department has announced ticket prices for Aggie spring sport programs that are all coming off 2019 NCAA postseason appearances and are destined to battle for championships in 2020. The 12th Man enjoys the finest set of athletics facilities in the land, including E.B. Cushing Stadium, which enters its second season as the home of the Aggies' outdoor track & field squad, and Davis Diamond in its second full season as the home of Aggie softball.  
 
For softball, tennis and track & field, fans wishing to purchase new season tickets will be able to do so on 12thManFoundation.com beginning Oct. 15. Fans who purchase tickets during this time will be contacted for seat selection following the conclusion of the renewal period.
 
Baseball season tickets are in high demand and requests have greatly exceeded availability over the past several years. Fans may submit interest for baseball season tickets, however, that does not guarantee seat availability. Fans who indicate interest in season tickets will be notified by Dec. 1.
 
Season ticket holders can renew their tickets by logging on to 12thManFoundation.com and clicking the Login tab in the top right corner. Once logged in, click on the "Season Renewals" link under "My Tickets." For any issues, ticket holders are encouraged to call the 12th Man Foundation at 979-845-2311 or email tickets@12thManFoundation.com.

·         Aggie Baseball enters the 2020 season with a school-record of streak of 13 consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances – only Florida State and Vanderbilt own longer active streaks.
·         The Aggies ranked seventh in the nation in average attendance, just a shade under 5,000 fans per game.
·         Six of nine position starters return and the Aggies welcome All-American Asa Lacy back to the mound.
·         The Aggies' pitching staff led the nation in K-to-BB ratio (3.33) and ranked second in strikeouts per nine innings (10.9), third in ERA (3.21) and eighth WHIP (1.21).
·         The incoming crop of newcomers was ranked in the top 25 by both Baseball America and D1Baseball.com.

·         2020 is the second full season inside the state-of-the-art $28.6 million Davis Diamond.
·         The Aggies made their 18th consecutive NCAA Regional appearance in 2019. Texas A&M has made 12 appearances in the Women's College World Series with three national championships.
·         A youthful squad, the Aggies' roster features five seniors and 16 underclassmen.
·         The Maroon & White return all four pitchers along with three newcomers looking to make their mark in the circle in 2020.
·         Texas A&M returns two of its top hitters from last year's team with Kelbi Fortenberry, who posted a .343 batting average, and Payton McBride with a .329 mark.

Men's Tennis
·         The 2020 Texas A&M men's tennis team returns its top-5 players from last season's top-20 team.
·         The Maroon & White produced a doubles All-American duo for a NCAA-leading seventh straight season.
·         The Aggies inked their 13th Blue Chip Prospect in Coach Steve Denton's 13-year tenure at Texas A&M.
·         In 2019, the program earned their 26th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, including hosting the 1st and 2nd rounds for the seventh straight season.
 
Women's Tennis
·         The Aggies finished 24-8 after reaching the NCAA Round of 16 for the fifth time in the last seven seasons.
·         Fifth-year head coach Mark Weaver, Texas A&M Class '95, returned his entire lineup from last season's team that ended the season ranked 17th in the country.  
·         Texas A&M reached the NCAA tournament for the 20th straight season and 25th time overall.

·         Texas A&M hosts the SEC Indoor and SEC Outdoor Championships during the 2020 track & field season, featuring the preeminent conference in the sport.
·         Indoors, the Aggies host seven meets inside Gilliam Indoor Stadium, now in its 12th season. Outdoors, in its second season at E.B. Cushing Stadium, Texas A&M hosts four home meets.
·         Inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame in 2017, head coach Pat Henry has led the Texas A&M program to nine national championships and 17 conference titles in 15 seasons (2005-19).
·         Returning for the Aggies this season are three of the four members who were part of the men's and women's respective NCAA 4x400 relay champions. Texas A&M swept the relay titles in the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the second time in program history, matching the achievement the Aggies accomplished in 2011. The Texas A&M men also swept SEC 4x400 relays titles while the women claimed the indoor conference title.
·         A pair of SEC individual champions return this season with Devin Dixon, who swept the indoor and outdoor 800m titles for the second consecutive year, and Infinite Tucker, who claimed the 400m hurdles with a dive at the finish line that created a global viral video.
·         The 2019-20 squad will feature 12 athletes who earned a combined nine first-team All-American honors during the indoor season and 12 first-team All-America honors outdoors.
