Top 10 Finish for Texas A&M’s Lee at Patriot All-America

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Texas A&M freshman Jimmy Lee fired a 3-under par 67 to secure a top 10 finish at the Patriot All-American Invitational on Tuesday at The Wigwam Golf Course.

Lee, from Mission, Texas, carded one of the best rounds of the day as he climbed 14 spots on the leaderboard to finish in a tie for 10th at the prestigious tournament. Lee posted rounds of 71-70-67 to finish 2-under. Lee had four birdies and just one bogey in the final round. Noah Norton of Georgia Tech took the victory at 7-under with rounds of 70-65-68.
 
In other action involving Aggies, senior Dan Erickson placed in a tie for 36th (71-71-72, +4), sophomore Sam Bennett tied for 48th (72-73-71, +6) and senior Brandon Smith tied for 70th (77-73-74, +14).
