No. 15 Texas A&M Falls In SEC Semifinals

GREENVILLE, S.C.– No. 15 Texas A&M fell 58-51 to Arkansas in the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament Semifinals Saturday at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
Arkansas (20-13) closed the game on a 20-2 run, taking their first lead of the game with three minutes left in the contests. Chelsea Dungee led the Razorbacks with 17 points.
Ciera Johnson and N'dea Jones each added double-doubles for the Aggies (24-7), marking the first time Texas A&M had two players with double doubles since November 11. Johnson had a game-high 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Jones added 14 points and 14 rebounds.
Kayla Wells chipped in 14 points and averaged 21.0 points in the two games of the SEC Tournament.
The Aggies now await their NCAA Tournament fate. The NCAA Selection Show is Monday, March 18 at 6 p.m. on ESPN.
