Entry Deadline Nears for Texas A&M High School Indoor Classic

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M Track & Field announced spots remain available for more high school athletes to participate in the upcoming Texas A&M High School Indoor Classic but the entry deadline for the annual track and field meet is looming.
 
The entry deadline for the meet is 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7. The Texas A&M High School Indoor Classic will be contested Jan. 10-11 (Friday-Saturday) at the Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium at the McFerrin Athletic  Center on the campus of Texas A&M University.
 
This meet is strictly for high school athletes. Athletes must be currently enrolled in grades 9, 10, 11 or 12 only. High School athletes meeting this criteria do not have to represent their high school team; they may compete as an unattached athlete or as part of a club team. Competitors must bring a valid school ID for possible age verification. Meet officials will conduct random checks of age at check-in.
 
General Entry Information:

• Entries are not accepted until payment is completed online. No payments will be accepted at the meet. No refunds upon completion of payment.
• Entry fees are $20 per athlete per event and $30 per relay.
• All entries must be done online through Direct Athletics.
• ALL entries, team OR individual, are required to purchase either a coach or guardian wristband with their entry. This is a high school meet and all entrants are expected to have adult supervision.
