Four NCAA Events Coming to Texas A&M, Bryan-College Station

Texas A&M University and Bryan-College Station will serve as the host school and site for several future NCAA regional or championship events, the NCAA announced on Wednesday.

INDIANAPOLIS – Texas A&M University and Bryan-College Station will serve as the host school and site for several future NCAA regional or championship events, the NCAA announced on Wednesday.
 
Future NCAA events coming to Texas A&M include:
  • 2024 NCAA Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships
  • 2024 NCAA Women's Golf Regional
  • 2025 NCAA Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Preliminary Rounds
  • 2026 NCAA Men's Golf Regional
 "Texas A&M has a long history of hosting NCAA events and I'm proud that we have the outstanding facilities and infrastructure to be able to bring these tremendous events to the Bryan-College Station community," Texas A&M Director of Athletics Ross Bjork said. "It's always an honor to bring an NCAA Championship event to Aggieland, and I know our coaches and student-athletes enjoy competing in our home venues."

Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium
Texas A&M's Rhonda and Frosty Gilliam Jr. '80 Indoor Track Stadium has hosted the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships four times (2010, 2011, 2017, 2018). In addition, it has served as host of the SEC Championships three times (2014, 2018, 2020) and previously hosted two Big 12 Indoor meets (2009, 2012).
 
E.B. Cushing Stadium
The $39.8 million, 90,500-square foot E.B. Cushing Stadium opened on Texas A&M's west campus on April 6, 2019, giving the Aggie track and field program one of the nation's finest collegiate facilities to call home. Additionally, E.B. Cushing Stadium will host the 2021 SEC Outdoor Champioships.
 
Traditions Club
Texas A&M's golf teams have one of the finest courses in the region to call home--Traditions Club, which has hosted the 2011 NCAA Women's Golf Championship and NCAA Regionals in 2010 (M), 2016 (W) and 2018 (M). Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the 7,146-yard championship course features stately hardwoods, many natural creeks and wetlands, and striking vistas of Kyle Field and the Texas A&M University skyline.
