You could see it in everyone's eyes this last week. Their level of excitement knowing we had something coming, that it is going to be fun and it's why we do what we do. They all looked forward to Saturday this past week and you can see it, they're ready to go next week too, right now. That's the kind of team we want and this is one of those teams that has a lot of top mature talent and then we got some young talent that will blossom and can be really good.

I just wanted to execute a good approach and that’s really all that was on my mind. When I went down the runway and I realized I was in the perfect position, I just took advantage of it.
