Duncan Named to CSVA Executive Board

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Texas A&M' James Duncan was named to the Coaches Sports Video Association's executive board as the organization's Treasurer. Duncan, is in his 24th year at A&M, 18th as the video coordinator for the Aggie football coaching staff.

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Texas A&M's James Duncan was named to the Coaches Sports Video Association's executive board as the organization's Treasurer. Duncan is in his 24th year at A&M, 18th as the video coordinator for the Aggie football coaching staff. 
 

This re-election follows Duncan's 10 years serving as CSVA's Treasurer on the executive board, which includes the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Each position is a two-year term.
 

Duncan coordinates and implements the use of video technology for practices and games, while also managing statistical analysis tools for the coaching staff to use in game strategy preparation. He also assists with the development of motivational videos. Duncan supervises two full-time assistants and a student staff that all work closely with the Aggie football staff in developing the team's game plan while utilizing state-of-the-art technology from XOS Digital.
 

Named the 2014-2015 CSVA National and SEC Video Coordinator of the Year, Duncan was also honored as the 2010-2011 CSVA Big 12 Video Coordinator of the Year. He led A&M's efforts in purchasing the first-of-its-kind XOS Facility Integrated system for the Bright Football Complex, with schools and professional teams from around the country also using A&M's XOS model in their own facility designs. Duncan also assists other A&M athletics programs with game and match filming as well as providing insight into the latest Audio/Video Technology.
