Coach Guerrieri Weekly Press Conference

Coach G Guerrieri met with the media inside Kyle Field on Monday after dropping a pair of contests to ranked opponents, Mississippi State and Alabama.

To begin, Coach described the rough stretch of results to open conference play.

“…it was just a was a tough night for us. But again, the the fact that we were in all of these games were and we're on the precipice of coming through on some some big wins is something that we keep on a positive light…"
 

When asked about his team's morale, Guerrieri discussed the approach to maintaining a positive mindset with his group.

"…it's just reinforcement by us that, you know, you're doing the right things. We just have to clean up the last bits of what we do to to finish off these chances and these opportunities to win games..."

Coach went on to describe how the team can draw on their early-season road experiences to help them as conference play continues.

“…we've had some really we've had some hard road games already, going to Clemson, going to Ohio State, going to Illinois, going to now Alabama. Those are all those are all really tough assignments and I think it hardens our team a little bit…"
