Texas A&M track & field head coach Pat Henry announced the signing of Khybah Dawson to the 2024 signing class.

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M track & field head coach Pat Henry announced the signing of Khybah Dawson to the 2024 signing class.

From the British Virgin Islands, Dawson joins a talented jump squad in Aggieland. Specializing in the long jump, he leaped a personal best 7.84m/25-8.75 for a second place finish at the National Junior College Athletic Association Division I Track & Field Championships.

He claimed a trio of second place finishes at the NJCAA outdoor nationals, TTU Matador Qualifier and TTU Corky Classic.

"I look forward to joining the Aggies in the 2024-2025 season," Dawson said. "I really enjoyed my visit and loved how all the coaches were eager to win. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice and I feel like they will steer me in the right direction to bring out the best in my future career."

Dawson makes the trip to Bryan-College Station in the fall of 2024, as he looks to make an instant impact to a talented group of field athletes.
