BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The No. 22 Texas A&M women's swimming & diving team defeated No. 12 Kentucky, 154-146, coming down to the last race Thursday afternoon inside the Rec Center Natatorium.

Abby Grottle swept the distance events, earning top finishes in the 1,650 and 500 free, clocking in at 16:42.01 and 4:50.43, respectively.

The Maroon & White tallied multiple top finishes on the day including Charlotte Longbottom recording a 1:01.65 in the 100 breast and Manita Sathianchokwisan swimming a 23.14 in the 50 free.

Olivia Theall dominated the butterfly events as the top finisher in both the 100 (53.09) and 200 (1:58.60).

Individually, Chloe Stepanek was victorious in both the 200 free (1:47.65) as well as the 100 free (50.14), where Bobbi Kennett touched the wall shortly after (51.27) to earn the top two spots for A&M.

With the scores close, the Aggies secured the top two spots in the 200 free relay as Theall, Kennett, JoAnn Adler and Sathianchokwisan took first with a time of 1:32.07 to win the meet.

Alyssa Clairmont stood out in diving as she earned the highest score in the 3-meter (328.88) and placed second in the 1-meter (310.20).
