BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Freshman Georgia Leb earned Texas A&M soccer's Most Improved Player Award for her stellar rookie season.

Leb appeared in all 21 matches in 2022, including seven starts in the midfield. She tallied three points with one goal and one assist.

With injuries hitting the midfield, Leb was called on as a starter down the stretch. She played the entire 90 minutes in four of the last eight games With Leb in the starting lineup, the Aggies made a late 3-0-3 run to end the regular-season and land an NCAA Tournament bid.

The Aggies' 2022 campaign ended with a 9-7-5 mark as head coach G Guerrieri became the fifth NCAA Division I coach to reach the 500-win plateau.
