ATLANTA – Texas A&M Athletics' creative video unit, 12th Man Productions, generated five finalist nominations in the prestigious Sports Video Group (SVG) College Sports Media Awards in association with NACDA.
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and announced at the SVG College Summit in the Omni Atlanta Hotel on May 31.
"The staff at 12th Man Productions is a dedicated group of professionals who work every day to make the best content possible with our live ESPN/SEC Network productions and our post-production work for our teams," said Andy Richardson, who oversees the unit. "The SVG nominations in both these areas is a reflection on what they do every day to be effective storytellers for Texas A&M Athletics. We are proud of the nominations and appreciate the collective company we are in as part of the SVG network of collegiate school production professionals."
The tally for SVG finalist nominations were two in the "Outstanding Live Game Production," two in "Outstanding In-Venue Video" and one in "Outstanding Program Series."
