No. 2 Aggies Host Dartmouth to Begin Spring Slate

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas– The No. 2 Texas A&M equestrian team kicks off the spring slate with a single discipline meet against Dartmouth on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Hildebrand Equine Complex.

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas– The No. 2 Texas A&M equestrian team kicks off the spring slate with a single discipline meet against Dartmouth on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Hildebrand Equine Complex. 

The Aggies (5-1,3-0) will look to continue their current Jumping Seat dominance against the Big Green (3-1) as the two programs meet for the first time. 

The Maroon & White are led by junior Brooke Brombach, who has posted a record of 5-1 in Fences and 4-2 in Flat to go along with three Most Outstanding Performer awards this season. Rylee Shufelt has also contributed to the Jumping Seat success, racking up a 5-1 record in Flat and one MOP honor. 

Last Time Out 

The Aggies remained undefeated in SEC action, defeating Auburn in a closely contested matchup, 11-9. Mattie Gustin improved to a perfect 6-0 on the year as she earned the meet-clinching point in Reining. Texas A&M won Reining, Fences and Flat 3-2 but narrowly fell in Horsemanship 3-2.
