Aggies Seek Third Top 25 Win at Reed Arena

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION - The Texas A&M men's basketball team look to improve to 3-0 against Associated Press Top 25 teams on its home court when the Aggies host No. 18 South Carolina at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Reed Arena.

• The Maroon & White already have tallied home top 25 wins over Kentucky and Tennessee, which were both No. 6 in the AP poll at the time.
• The Aggies also seek to snap a four-game losing streak, which is the program's longest since dropping eight consecutive decisions in 2022.
• In the Buzz Williams era, the Aggies are 1-4 against the Gamecocks with the lone victory coming last season in Columbia, S.C. (94-53 on 1/14/23).
• USC is 4-3 at Reed Arena in SEC play with three straight wins. USC holds 9-5 advantage in the series that began when Texas A&M joined the SEC in 2012-13.

• The Aggies are tied for the SEC lead with five NET Quadrant 1 victories in 2023-24 (5-6 overall).
• Texas A&M's Q1 wins are over Tennessee (current No. 5), vs. Iowa State (8), Kentucky (19), at SMU (43) and at Ohio State (66).

MILESTONE TO WATCH
Henry Coleman III's next point will be the 1,000th of his career at Texas A&M. Coupled with his already-existing 600+ rebounds and 100+ steals, he would join Rudy Woods (1978-82), Winston Crite (1983-87), Joseph Jones (2004-08) and Bryan Davis (2006-10) as the only 1,000/600/100 players in school history.

• Texas A&M remains the SEC leader in rebound margin at 8.5, despite being out-rebounded 50-33 in the last game vs. UT.
