Aggies Prep for MountainView Collegiate

The No. 17 Texas A&M women's golf team is set to take part in the MountainView Collegiate at the Preserve Golf Club March 15-17.

TUCSON, Ariz. – The No. 17 Texas A&M women's golf team is set to take part in the MountainView Collegiate at the Preserve Golf Club March 15-17.
 
Head coach Gerrod Chadwell is taking a lineup consisting of Cayetana Fernández García-Poggio, Jennie Park, Zoe Slaughter, Adela Cernousek and Blanca Fernández García-Poggio. Mia Nixon will also be competing as an individual.
 
Texas A&M is led by Cernousek who is boasting a 70.33 stroke average. The junior has led the Maroon & White to a top-five finish in every tournament this season, including a third-place performance at the Chevron Collegiate.
 
Two years ago, A&M tied for fourth at this event and course with Park leading the way. Park tied for 10th and shot a 4-under 68 in the final round.
 
The Aggies will tee off at 9:45 a.m. on Friday to begin the tournament. Live stats for the event can be found here.
