HUMBLE, Texas – Jake Maggert closed out the All-American Individual Tournament with an even 72 Tuesday, jumping up to a tie for sixth place on the final leaderboard.

After stumbling to an opening round 80 Monday morning, Maggert rebounded to post the best combined score of the last two rounds with a 3-under 69 Monday afternoon along with Tuesday's circuit at the Golf Club of Houston. He shared the tournament lead for most birdies over the 54 holes with 10 at the par 72, 7,504-yard Members Course.

Joe Stover closed out the event in 11th place at 8-over 224. Jack Usner finished tied for 21st place at 231.

The Aggies return to team competition Monday and Tuesday when they travel to Floridian National Golf Club in Palm City, Florida for the Valspar Collegiate.
