INDIANAPOLIS – The Texas A&M women's golf team secured the No. 2 seed at the Bryan Regional May 6-8 at Traditions Club, the organization announced Wednesday.

The Aggies will be hosting a regional for the third time in program history (2006, 2016). The Maroon & White will need to finish within the top five after 54 holes of stroke play at the regional in order to advance to the 2024 NCAA Championships in Carlsbad, California, at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa May 17-22.

Texas A&M is led by Adela Cernousek who has registered six top-10 finishes this season and leads the team with a 70.11 stroke average, which is on pace to shatter the current school record of 71.24 set by Maddie Szeryk during the 2016-17 campaign. Cernousek was also recently named to Team International of the 2024 Arnold Palmer Cup for the first time in her career.

The Aggies have advanced to two-straight NCAA semifinals in their first two seasons under head coach Gerrod Chadwell and have four starters on the squad from those runs.
