BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The No. 16 Texas A&M men's tennis team chose Cambridge, Massachusetts as its destination for the 2025 ITA Kickoff Weekend during Wednesday's draft. The Aggies visit the home of the No. 12 Harvard Crimson at the Beren Tennis Center and are joined by No. 22 UCLA and No. 39 Georgia in the four-team field slated for January 25-26, 2025.
The ITA Kickoff Weekend is used to decide which teams will advance to the ITA National Team Indoor Championships, which will be co-hosted by Baylor and SMU for the next two years.
Last season, the Maroon & White swept through 2024 ITA Kickoff Weekend at the Athens, Georgia regional with a pair of 4-2 wins over Auburn and host Georgia to advance to New York for the ITA National Team Indoor Championships. At the National Indoors, the Aggies beat South Carolina, 4-1, before falling to TCU, 4-2, in the quarterfinals.
