Â
The Aggies (51-13) will get two chances to make the College World Series Final as they face the winner of Florida and No. 2 Kentucky Wednesday night at 6 p.m. from Charles Schwab Field. The semifinal appearance marks the second in program history, both of which have come under Head Coach Jim Schlossnagle.

Â
The Maroon & White defeated No. 2 Kentucky 5-1 Monday night behind a remarkable pitching performance from Ryan Prager. The lefty carried a no-hitter deep into the seventh inning and finished the night with four strikeouts over 6.2 scoreless frames. The 6.2 innings of no-hit baseball marked the second-longest in College World Series history at Charles Schwab Field.
Â
The win marked the 51st of the season for the Aggies, which is their highest total since the 1999 campaign and the fifth-most in program history. The two College World Series wins are tied with the 2022 squad for the most in school history.
Â
With Schlossnagle at the helm, the Maroon & White are 16-4 in the postseason and 4-2 at the College World Series. The four wins at the Greatest Show on Dirt are the most by any Texas A&M head coach in program history.
Â
If the Aggies face the Gators, it will mark the fifth meeting this season and 32nd all-time between the clubs. The Maroon & White defeated Florida 3-2 in their opening game of the College World Series and lead the series 17-14.
Â
If Texas A&M faces the Wildcats, it will be the second straight meeting and 23rd all-time between the two squads. The Aggies lead the series 14-8 and have won eight of the last 10 contests.
