CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Texas A&M women's golf saw four Aggies earn Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar recognition, the organization announced Monday.

Cayetana Fernández García-Poggio, Mia Nixon, Blanca Fernández García-Poggio and Jennie Park maintained an overall cumulative GPA of 3.5-or-higher and played in at least 50% of the team's competitions during the 2023-24 campaign in order to qualify for the honor.

This marks just the second time in program history where four Aggies earned the accolade, matching the 2019-20 academic year's previous record.

This was Blanca Fernández García-Poggio's third selection and Park's second. Cayetana Fernández García-Poggio and Nixon both received their first WGCA All-American Scholar honor.

The Aggies wrapped up the 2023-24 season with their third-straight quarterfinal appearance at NCAAs and crowned its first ever Individual National Champion. Texas A&M finished the year ranked No. 9 in the country and reached the championship match of the SEC Championship.
