The second-annual Buzz's Bunch charity softball game will be contested at Texas A&M's Davis Diamond on Friday, Aug. 2 with first pitch slated for 6 p.m. In addition to the action on the field, fans on hands will be able to enjoy a variety of interactive games and raffles, as well as the opportunity to win unique Aggie Basketball-themed items.

With head coach Buzz Williams serving as the all-time pitcher in the 2023 edition, the players delivered a 21-9 beatdown of the staff with a barrage of home runs from up and down their batting order.

"Buzz's Bunch" connects young people with special needs to the game of basketball with an invitation to a game in the fall and a clinic during the summer. Originally founded during William's time in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Marquette, Buzz's Bunch continued during his time in Blacksburg, Virginia at Virginia Tech and now at Texas A&M. Every player, coach and staff member has been lucky to develop a relationship, learn and grown from these children as Buzz's Bunch has grown to more than 500 members spanning all three cities.
