Men's Tennis
- Austin Krajicek and Rajeev Ram dominated the legendary pair of Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz (6-2, 6-4) en route to the Olympic semifinals of men's doubles. The Americans broke three serves to Spain's zero and the match was decided on a Krajicek ace. Krajicek will be competing in his second-consecutive Olympic semifinal on Thursday, Aug. 1 at 7:45 a.m. versus Tomas Machac and Adam Pavlasek of the Czech Republic (Czechia).
Swimming
- Sydney Pickrem advanced to the 200m breast semifinals and just missed advancing to the final, finishing ninth with a time of 2:24.03.
