BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M soccer team will host an open training session Friday for local coaches as part of the United Soccer Coaches Open Training Week.

The Aggie coaching staff will host the training session at 2 p.m. on Ellis Field. Coaches wishing to attend the event are asked to park at the Blue Bell Park lot. A nominal parking fee will need to be paid at the kiosk. Those wishing to attend should email Director of Operations Curt Magnuson at cmagnuson@athletics.tamu.edu.Â

The United Soccer Coaches Open Training Week is a nationwide initiative that provides opportunities for coaches from all levels an backgrounds to experience new environments, observe high level training sessions and learn from one another. Women's and men's teams at the college and professional levels are encouraged to welcome club and prep coaches in their communities to attend a practice.
