DURHAM, N.C. – Texas A&M baseball's newcomer class that consists of Division I transfers, freshmen signees and JUCO transfers was ranked No. 2 by Baseball America for the 2025 season.
The Aggie class consists of seven players that were named to Baseball America's Top 100 Transfers List, including left-hander Myles Patton (No. 11), infielder Wyatt Henseler (No. 24), infielder Gavin Kash (No. 25), catcher Connor Harrison (No. 31), right-hander Grant Cunningham (No. 35), catcher Jacob Galloway (No. 61) and infielder/catcher Jamal George (No. 68). The Maroon & White also landed five of Baseball America's Top 500 Freshmen led by Sawyer Farr (No. 76) and Terrence Kiel II (No. 133).
Several of the Aggie newcomers showcased their talents in the Maroon & White's exhibition game against Houston Christian on Oct. 4. Kiel II also put forth a strong performance in the exhibition, finishing the night 1-for-1 with a walk, a stolen base and two runs scored.
