Borovilos Named Rolex First Team All-American

Texas A&M's Vanessa Borovilos was named a Rolex Junior First Team All-American earlier this week by the American Junior Golf Association.

BRASELTON, Ga. – Texas A&M's Vanessa Borovilos was named a Rolex Junior First Team All-American earlier this week by the American Junior Golf Association.

Borovilos was tabbed as a second team All-American in 2022 by the organization and earned top team honors this year alongside incoming 2025 signee Scarlett Schremmer.

The Aggie freshman was a Golf Channel Preseason Honorable Mention All-American heading into the year and won SEC Freshman of the Week after the final tournament of the fall. Borovilos shot a 2-under 211 and finished runner-up at the Charles Schwab Women's Collegiate to earn the weekly nod.

At her last junior event, Borovilos advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2024 U.S. Girls' Junior Championship and was the No. 3 ranked recruit in the 2024 class.

Other 2025 signees to earn Rolex All-America honors were Natalie Yen (Second Team) and Brynn Kort (Honorable Mention).

The Aggies return to the course for the spring semester Jan. 27 at the Match in the Desert in Gold Canyon, Arizona.
