BRYAN COLLEGE-STATION – The Texas A&M women's tennis team unveiled the 2024-25 non-conference schedule, highlighted by two ranked matchups, head coach Mark Weaver announced Friday.
The No. 1 Aggies host six matches to start the season, facing their highest ranked non-conference opponent No. 6 Pepperdine Feb. 16 at the Mitchell Tennis Center in their final non-conference match. The Maroon & White's first ranked matchup is against No. 21 San Diego, who make the trip to Aggieland Jan. 31.
Texas A&M kicks off the season in Honolulu for the Hawaii Invitational Jan. 8 at the UH Tennis Complex. Their first head-to-head contest of the season versus Prairie View A&M Jan. 18 begins a five-match home stint. The Aggies host USF (Jan. 18), TCU and Denver (Jan. 25), San Diego and Sam Houston (Feb. 2) before competing in the 10th ITA National Team Indoor Championships on Feb. 7.
The Maroon & White starts SEC play Feb. 23 at No. 10 Texas.
