FORT WORTH – Texas A&M third baseman Wyatt Henseler has been named the Bobby Bragan National Collegiate Slugger Award Player of the Week, as announced Friday.

In the Aggies' four games, the senior went 7-for-14 at the dish to lead the team with a .500 batting average. Henseler also doubled twice, launched three homers and drove in five runs. The Emmaus, Pa., native recorded a hit in all four games and tallied two multi-hit performances.

Henseler and the Aggies welcome New Mexico State for a three-game set starting Friday night at 6 p.m. from Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.
