BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M women's basketball announced the addition of elite perimeter defender and Auburn transfer Kaitlyn Duhon Tuesday.

Duhon played the last three seasons at Auburn and was averaging 7.3 points and 2.1 steals per game last year before her season was cut short after eight games. As a sophomore, the 5-10 guard poured in 5.4 points per game and shot 46.0% from the field in 31 games while helping lead the program to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in five years.

The Houston native has 22 multi-steal games during her career, including five from her shortened 2024-25 campaign. Throughout her three years, Duhon averaged 15.3 minutes per game and made 16 starts.

Duhon was named the 2022 All-Greater Houston Player of the Year by the Houston Chronicle and led Summer Creek High School to the state semifinals her senior year.
