No. 13 Aggies Host Cotton Holdings Lone Star Showdown

The No. 13 Texas A&M men's tennis team concludes home conference action hosting No. 5 Texas in the Cotton Holdings Lone Star Showdown Saturday, April 5, with a 2:00 p.m. first serve at the Mitchell Tennis Center.

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The No. 13 Texas A&M men's tennis team concludes home conference action hosting No. 5 Texas in the Cotton Holdings Lone Star Showdown Saturday, April 5, with a 2:00 p.m. first serve at the Mitchell Tennis Center.
 
Texas A&M (15-7, 8-3 SEC) looks to rebound after a loss on the road Thursday against Mississippi State, 6-1. Junior Togan Tokac was the only Aggie to claim a point, heading into Saturday on a ten-match winning streak.
 
Texas (20-3, 11-0 SEC) has yet to drop a conference match. The two teams met earlier this season in the first round of ITA Indoors, with the Longhorns edging out the Aggies, 4-1. Senior JC Roddick scored the only point for the Maroon & White.
