What made you commit to Texas A&M from Washington prior to last season?
"One of my main reasons was my family. For them to attend home games and me being able to see them in the stands has just been amazing."

How was your initial transition process to A&M, was it a jump from your previous institution?
"It was a pretty chill transition. The main thing I struggled with was the intensity, speed and way things are done and getting to know coach Ford's style of pitching. The girls made it as easy as possible and I'm grateful for them."

How has it been to work with the Aggie pitching staff?
"Coach Ford is a great coach who knows what she's doing, it's been great to have her. She understands and will support you when you need her but will tell you how it is. It's been great to know her and the way she does things."

Being injured most of last season, what are some goals and expectations you have for this season?
"I just want to get better and come back stronger for my team. We lost a really good senior class last year so just stepping up to be a leader, knowing I am good enough to play at this level."

What are you looking forward to most heading into the season?
"Seeing what I am capable of and stepping into a leadership role. I know I am good enough to compete with high level athletes and I'm excited to show that. Also, being there for my team so I can do it for them and being able to wear Texas A&M across my chest as I step out playing ball freely is exciting to think about."

Where is your favorite place to eat in Aggieland?
"Chuys, I love the chicken quesadilla there."

What has been your favorite thing about Bryan-College Station?
"How close the community is. There's always something going around like football games which had been something I've never experienced before."

What is your favorite pre-game song?
"Something along the lines of classic rock like Motley Crew or Guns and Roses. "White Horses" by Chris Stapleton and his music in general is also good. It really gets me in the zone."

What are some hobbies of yours?
"I like fishing and going around town finding new coffee shops and cleaning."

What is your major and what do you plan on doing with it?
'My major is Communications with a minor in Sports Management. I'm not certain what I will do when I graduate. I decided to go that route so I have options in case I stay in softball or change to something completely different."

If you could design the uniforms for one game what would they look like?
"I would do something with brown, its one of my favorite colors. I'd also do something with Reveillie's face. Like putting her on the jersey but with the eyepatch, she's just so iconic."

What is it like to play in front of the 12th Man?
"Its really cool, nothing  I've ever seen before with the SEC in general. Here at Texas A&M, the fan base is on a whole different level and it feels good knowing you have them behind you. Having their full support makes it comfortable for us to be out there."
