Aggies Seek Season Series Sweep vs. Sooners at Reed Arena

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION– The Texas A&M men's basketball team (15-5 overall/4-3 vs. SEC) seeks to sweep the season series against the Oklahoma Sooners (15-4, 2-4) in an 8 p.m. matchup at Reed Arena on Tuesday.

COACHES VS. CANCER: Texas A&M Men's Basketball will participate in Coaches vs. Cancer's Suits And Sneakers Week in Tuesday's game vs. Oklahoma, which is also the annual BTHO Breast Cancer Game. The Aggies will wear alternate white uniforms with pink trim, while the coaching staff will wear suits and sneakers of their choice. The staff not wearing suits will wear a white shirt with a special BTHO Breast Cancer logo (pictured).
Coaches vs. Cancer is a collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). For over 30 years, this initiative has engaged coaches nationwide to leverage their leadership and influence to support the American Cancer's Society's vision to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.
NET SUCCESS: Texas A&M stands at No. 12 in NET, which is the highest since the NCAA Evaluation Tool (NET) replaced RPI prior to the 2018-19 season.
As of 1/26, Texas A&M has earned 10 wins against NET Quad 1/2 opponents, including six Q1 conquests. A&M is tied for second-most Q1/Q2 wins behind the 12 by Auburn and Alabama and tied for third-most Q1 wins behind Auburn (11) and Oregon (8).
Oklahoma, ranked No. 47 in NET, represents a Q2 opponent for the Aggies.
MILESTONE FOR "4": Wade Taylor IV's next steal will be his 200th, which has been achieved by only three players in school history. He would become the first Aggie with 1,400 points (he has 1,823) and 200 steals.

ZHU IMPACT: SMU transfer Zhuric Phelps and OU's Jalon Moore are the only SEC players averaging 18.0+ points and 6.0+ rebounds per game in league play. In SEC play, Phelps ranks third in scoring at 18.7 and tied for 18th in rebounds at 6.4 (second among guards).
