BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. – The No. 4 Texas A&M equestrian team hits the road for a top-five matchup against No. 2 South Carolina on Friday at 10 a.m. at One Wood Farm in the NCEA Meet of the Week.
The SEC matchup marks the 38th all-time meeting between the Aggies (1-0) and the Gamecocks (1-0). The Maroon & White lead the series 27-11, and have dominated recent matchups, winning eight of the last 10 contests.
Texas A&M opened its season strong with a commanding 11-5 victory over UC Davis highlighted by performances from Logan Thomas and Kendall Dirksen, who earned MOP honors in Fences and Horsemanship, respectively.
